Major activities under component 3 are to develop a technical support program and a registration program for the development of local RE Engineering Service Industry. These programs seek to address the need to enhance local expertise and promote those that have proven capacities and capabilities in RE system management, which will, as a consequence, build stronger consumer confidence on RE systems and technologies and assure consumer protection.
