The CBRED Project has identified the absence of reliable, comprehensive data and information on renewable energy systems as one of the significant barriers in RE development. One activity, which aims to address such barrier, is the consolidation of existing information available in pre-identified database keepers into database formats through Internet linkage. Another activity is the development of RE websites, which shall be used for the promotion and access to relevant RE databases.

Expected Outputs

This project includes: Development of National RE Database,Consultation with Potential RE Database-keepers, establishment of RE Database-keepers Committee, Development of Integrated RE Information Exchange Service, Assessment of Information Needs of RE Clienteles, Assessment of Existing RE Information and Database, and Design of Integrated RE Info Exchange System
